Terms and Conditions/Rates

Our rooms rates start  at £35 per person per night for bed and breakfast.  This varies throughout the year so please ask for up to date prices.

Please email or call to check availability and rates.  A deposit for the first night’s stay is required to secure a booking and we accept payment by cash, cheque or credit/debit card.

Rooms must be vacated by 10.30 am on departure day and check in is from 4 pm or  earlier by prior arrangement.

Kilmalyn is non smoking throughout
We cannot accommodate pets
